Description These earrings are hand crafted in Kibera Slum, Nairobi, Kenya. Expertly hand made from cow bone by Xcel Concepts. Xcel Concepts was started up by Zuri Design in 2006 and is now a self sustainable workshop co-owned by 2 of the original members. Working with cow bone requires great skill and dedication as it is a very difficult material to craft from. The workshop is based in one of Africa’s largest slums; Kibera, Nairobi.
