Description These soapstone coasters are hand carved and sanded before being painted and engraved. Finally it is waxed and polished. It is made is Kisii, Western Kenya by Art Safi Self Help Group. There are 6 coasters in the set; the animal designs are elephant, rhino, giraffe and zebra. The coasters can be cleaned with a dry cloth and beeswax. This also protects them.
