This set is a bit more modern, with some small adjustments oriented towards squeezing a bit more performance out of the concept. The front fin is beautifully balanced for a quad, at roughly 4½ inches it has a gentle sweep to it and a more tapered tip section – while the rear fin is still somewhat stubby and upright (though larger than it’s predecessor) allowing for a slightly skatey feeling that won’t track. This set lends itself towards twin-fin lovers that want to mess around with a quad. Together this design generates speed, provides smooth rail transitions, and flows really will in small to slightly overhead surf.
