Description We acquired these from an old magician’s estate. They are new, never used. It didn’t come with any original instructions (but we will supply some that tell you how to prepare the clown for the cut and restored business) and we are not sure how the original effect was to be presented. But basically you show a picture of Clipper the clown and his very long and uncomfortable neck. With a pair of scissors you cut a few inches out of the neck yet when the clown is shown he is whole again but with a shorter neck. This cutting and restoring the neck business is kept up a few times until the clown has a regular size neck. It’s the classic Clippo effect with a different story line. Comes with twelve long neck clown pictures that you must prepare as stated above.
