Any portrait requests must include a photo for me to work from. Portraits do not include facial features. There are no refunds for custom art; please ensure you like my artistic style prior to ordering. A pencil draft will be included prior to the start of painting. Basic pricing includes up to two individuals and a basic landscape or background. Including specific houses or buildings is an extra charge.
