Description CHECKER X is a Batra/Viking design. UF Grant was a creative genius, and Checker X is one of his unsung heroes in our estimation. Viking Mfg. has produced what we think is a beautiful rendition of this classic effect. Note the design on the checkers themselves, along with a beautiful teakwood stand. Simply a beautiful magic effect that will intrigue just by its sheer presence. Effect: Five different colored checkers are threaded onto a length of blue rope, which is tied, locking the checkers in place. The rope, along with the checkers, is placed around the neck of an audience member. The object is to remove the checkers without untying the knot. The performer does just that. No cover of any kind. The beautiful checkers and rope may be handed out for examination. Supplied with the five checkers, the teakwood stand, blue rope, and detailed instructions.
