You are buying a (1) 90° 2″ Street X 2″Slip PVC Plumbing Fitting. The 90° ELL receives a 2″ fitting on one side which would measure 2 3/8″ Outside Diameter and then slips into a 2″ fitting on the other side that would measure 2 3/8″ Inside Diameter.
